Transportation/Trucking Division
925 Partners Insurance Transportation Division is actively seeking a friendly, highly motivated candidate to fill an entry level Customer Service Representative position. Applicant must have great organizational skills, be team a player and function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Insurance experience is a plus but is not required.

Duties and responsibilities
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients and co-workers.
Respond promptly to client inquires
Able to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
Policy Entry
Issuing Certificates of Coverage
Quoting and Processing Policy Changes
Proper invoicing of account by verifying binders/endorsements are correct
Processing Finance Agreements
Reviewing policies for errors
Work with integrity at all times, immediately reporting complaints or errors to manager.
Perform other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications
Must hold, at a minimum, Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative License
Bilingual is preferred but not required
Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy
Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities
Maintains a cordial and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors, and other business contacts
Ability to work in a team environment
Keeps informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
Interacts with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the Agency

Ability to handle a large book of business >$1,250,000
Provides direction to clients in submitting first reports of claims
Shops markets prior to renewal
